Kirkland Signature Beef Pot Roast – Item # 18146

Here is my personal review of the Kirkland Signature Beef Pot Roast from Costco.

I find it to be a bit salty but it will probably go great with some mashed potatoes as seen on the cover photo. There was kind of a lot of fat, more than expected so that may be an issue for some people. Otherwise it’s pretty good and I would buy it again .

I had microwaved it for 8 minutes. Took it out and separated the meat with a pair of tongs . Nuked it for another minute and it was ready to serve ! Quick and easy ! Love it !
