Spam is very versatile and can be used in so many ways ! Fry it up along with an egg and serve with hash brown and toast, chop some up and throw them into a fried rice dish, wrap some up in a sushi or place a few slices in between a baguette with a fried egg. The list goes on and on !

I prefer to use the low sodium spam as the regular one can be quite salty.
