Here’s my quick review on the Bill Baily’s Carne Asada from Costco. After cooking the carne asada, I feel that it is lacking a bit of mexican flavor in the seasoning and definitely does not taste authentic to me. It’s okay but not great. It tasted better after I had added some Mateo salsa on it.

The Bill Bailey’s Carne Asada is a bit pricey so I probably won’t be getting it again therefore this product is not Emily approved. 🙁

It’s not a bad product so some people may find that they like it .
