“Welp. Woke up this am to a house smelling like stew. Turned out really, really good. Consistency is perfect. Very rich flavor. Beef is juicy and not over cooked or dry. I’m not a big stew person, but this could make me one.’

“I agree i made it earlier this week and I was just telling my husband that I’d buy it again”

“We had this Thursday night and the leftovers today. I would definitely buy it again. I would add frozen corn and use beef broth instead of water.”

“Thought it was good. Added chicken bone broth rather than water.Plenty of meat.Pricy but good.”

“I made the Kirkland Beef stew for dinner last night. Here is my review and what I will do differently next time.

You will need a slow cooker. I used my Crockpot on high for 6 hours.

Taste: Delicious. The beef is chuck so it was tender and extremely tasty. The carrots were a bit mushy for my preference, but still delicious. The potatoes were mini whole yellow potatoes and very creamy.

Price: $5.99 a pound. Very fair.

Prep: so easy. Threw it in the crockpot with some water and walked away.

What I did: I followed the cooking instructions and added nothing except pepper. Once cooked I shredded the beef for an easier spoonful, cut the carrots smaller and quartered the potatoes.

What I’ll do differently next time: I will add green peas, green beans and mushrooms because I prefer more veggies in my stews. But I will definitely have this again.”

“I liked it, just found it was a little salty. I’m all about the convenience”

“I did add some seasoning prior to cooking and everyone who had it said it was very good”

“My son brought it over and my husband absolutely loved it. Lots of huge chunks of meat”
