We just had it last night. I bake mine with a salmon seasoning on it and cherry tomatoes at the same time. It’s a rich fish but we love it.

“I loved it! Made a garlic butter sauce with it. I have bought it quite a few times and never had any issues. Try to buy cuts that are similar in size so they cook a bit more evenly.”
