GOOD REVIEWS

“I definitely recommend getting the pan super hot with ghee butter and avocado oil and let it sear on both sides for 2 minutes. “

“We literally split a steak between three of us since they are so rich. We absolutely agree that they are awesome.”

“Very good !”

“I got two of those steaks for Christmas and they did not disappoint!!! Melted in our mouths. Almost too rich though. Really, so indulgent and a once-in-a-lifetime type purchase for me!”

“10/10 worth it!”

” it is the best steak I’ve ever had. It will completely ruin any others for you. Grilled mine for a very short time. The marbling adds amazing flavor and it literally disintegrates in your mouth. Try it for sure.”

“It’s pretty amazing”

“it melts in your mouth like butter. The difference in a good piece is indescribable. Absolutely worth it if you know how to cook it correctly.”

“For those wondering about the Wagyu steaks they are wonderful and worth every penny”

“As a chef. Yes their quality is superb for the price. I actually get a more rare and expensive for the restaurant when I did it. Enjoy! Just barely cook it and a little goes a long way.”

“I thought it was good and very different from regular steak, but the unanimous consensus amongst our group of foodies is that a good dry aged steak beats the wagyu as far as a great steak.

That was without considering the price at all and when factoring price it’s not even a close comparison.”

“Worth every hard earned penny”

“I picked up one for a good friend for his 40th bday gift. He loves to research the best way to prepare foods so he enjoyed the whole processes. Said it was one of the best gifts he’s ever received.”

“Did 2 steaks for or 57 anniversary. Followed instructions. 170[99.95 dollars a lb] but they are the best. Quick and easy to make and no chewing needed. Google the healthy benefits os real a5 waygu steaks. We were shocked how healthy. Will do it again.”

“We loved it. Got it for a bday dinner. Hubby cooked it perfectly. Very rich, but melts in your mouth and so buttery. Yum!”

“We loved it. Got it for a bday dinner. Hubby cooked it perfectly. Very rich, but melts in your mouth and so buttery. Yum!”

“We did the A5 for our Christmas dinner this year and it was amazing!”

“I always have some in the freezer. We prefer the NYs as they are easier to divide into three portions than the ribeyes. 4-6ozs is plenty due to how rich they are.”

“We have tried it. It is very good. Our kids loved it too. They were 4 and 6. But is it worth the price. You can get very good steak for much less. Other stores around us have deals sometimes than it’s worth it.”

“when cooked properly it is worth it”

“Not as melt in your mouth as you’d get at a restaurant but it’s still yummy n fatty”

“They are good some times you can find them half off”

“We got it last Christmas as a family treat.”

“So how were the $100/lb. Wagyu A5 steaks? It is ridiculously good. Very good. The meat is tender and requires effortless chewing. The taste of the fat is not the usual fat, it is soft and rich. Lightly seasoned with kosher salt, the fat is the best tasting fat imaginable. In fact, it is so rich that I do not recommend eating an entire steak on your own. Share it with another person.”

“I liked it. And yes, I’ve been to japan a lot.”

“Ours was amazing!”

“AMAZING!!!! Probably best piece of beef I’ve ever had and I’ve had the best steaks around the world. Except for The real Japanese Wagyu in Japan.

Super Tender!

Melt in your mouth!

Flavorful

WORTH IT!!!! If cooked correctly.

2 mins one side

1 min on the other

Rest for 3 mins.

Perfecto!!!”

“Friends, the Costco A5 Wagyu is worth every single penny. It doesn’t even compare to any other steak I’ve ever tried”

“That is the highest grade Japanese waygu beef you can get. The price is incredibly reasonable! That is at least 4 meals cooked properly.”

“Yep, I bought some in March. Will gladly do it again when my Costco gets them again.”

“I bought it. It’s a good steak but I don’t think it’s as good as you would get in Japan. Still delicious”

“I actually got two the other day. Extremely tender and juicy I wouldn’t get them again but feel like it’s worth the experience”

“Delicious and tender!!!”

“It was delicious, 1pc was enough for 3 of us…”

” we thought they were great.”

“I like this as little Appetizers. Cook the meat. Cut the meat  in little cubes stick some tooth picks and serve, for a party. Great for the holidays:) definitely a crowd pleaser, lol! To much to eat for one person it’s very fatty!! We love it as little bite appetizers

“Best steaks ever! Do buy it, it’s the best deal you’ll find on them”

“Melts in your mouth! Dont need to eat a lot because it is so rich. Grill it but dont over cook it. Eat it with french bread it is excellent and a salad with a vinaigrette to balance this rich meal is perfect!”

“My grandson bought and used his Traeger to prepare and stated they were amazing!”

“Incredible taste! Worth a splurge”

“Tried these and they are amazing!!”

“I bought a half pound steak for my son for his birthday, at his request. Three of us couldn’t finish it! My expectation of it being “fatty” was false. It was meltingly delicious with a beef unctuousness that is beyond all others. Truly delicious, but definitely a rare treat item, perfect for the holidays.”

“Best steak I’ve had and I’m not even a steak eater “

“We had it a couple weeks ago. I steak fed 3 adults. Can’t eat much very rich. We watched some YouTube videos on how to cook. It was VERY, will buy it again.”

“Yes. I got it at Alhambra, CA. It was very tender and tasty. I cut it into smaller pieces and did it Japanese bbq style.”

“I bought it for Valentine’s Day. It’s not bad def a once in a great while meal.”

“I’ve bought it a couple times. It’s great and about the best price you can find for A5 especially in smaller quantities.”

“The best. Hands down”

“Taste incredible, definitely an experience worth trying. But very rich can’t eat much.”

BAD REVIEWS

“I had it, and didn’t really care for it. It’s worth trying, but you may not like it.”

“Didn’t impress me.”

“It’s really good and I love steak but after a few pieces I got grossed out. Way way too much fat.”

“My husband and I tried them and while they were good I found them to be very rich and would much rather Regular rib eye”

“Not impressed with the Wagyu from Costco at all. It was so tough and tasteless that we thought it probably isn’t Wagyu.”

“They’re worth trying once for the novelty. I wouldn’t say they’re worth getting them all the time”

“Really not worth it IMO. We did a 3 way taste test of wagyu, bison, and grass fed. We all ordered the bison.”

“In my opinion, it’s not worth it… It did not give me the melt in your mouth as I expected when I ate this in Japan… So overall, it’s not worth it…”
