“If you can’t make fresh, add butter and sour cream, if you have a mixer, WHIP IT UP. Oh and Salt! After all It is elastic pants day! 

“This is great. I just took one out of my freezer for dinner Thursday. I thaw, mix with cream and put in a baking dish, top with butter and bake in the oven. Everyone loves baked mashed potatoes and this saves me dishes to wash.”

“ust an FYI, you can freeze your mashed potatoes. When defrosting just add a bit more milk. They come out just like you made it the first time. I do them in batches. The same with sweet potatoes. Just add the mini marshmallows at the very end.”
