Egg And Beansprouts Stir Fry
Servings 4 People
Ingredients
Combine together:
- 3 to 5 Eggs ( Beaten )
- A Splash Of Fish Sauce ( Optional )
Add to the pan:
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 A Bag Of Beansprouts
- A Handful Of Chopped Green Onions
Season with:
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a splash of fish sauce (optional ). Whisk to combine. Then set aside.
- In a non-stick wok or skillet add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and turn the heat on to Medium-High.
- Once the oil is hot add the beansprouts and saute for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the beansprouts and add the chopped green onions.
- Saute for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with white rice .
- Pour some Maggi Seasoning or Soy Sauce into a small bowl and add some chopped Thai Chilis.
- Drizzle a bit of the sauce over the rice with the egg and beansprouts stir fry.
