If you would like to make some Bacon Wrapped Asparagus using ingredients from Costco, the recipe is below !

I usually add some shredded mozarella cheese but I forgot to buy some.

Quick and easy! Just bake 10 minutes and they’re done!

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

14 Asparagus Spears

14 Slices Kirkland Pre-cooked Bacon

1 Tablespoon Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Truffle Parmesan & Black Garlic Seasoning

A handful or two of Shredded Cheese ( Choose your favorite cheese Mozzarella, Gruyere, etc. )

Pre-heat the toaster oven to 400 degrees.

Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.

Place the asparagus spears in a large bowl or pan. Toss the asparagus spears in the olive oil to coat.

Sprinkle on the Truffle seasoning and mix. Set aside.

Place the pre-cooked bacon onto a plate and microwave for 15 seconds to soften them.

This will make them easy to work with.

Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of bacon.

After wrapping the asparagus spear, each end of the bacon should be laying under the spear to keep it from unraveling.

While wrapping the spear, you can slightly stretch out the slice of bacon if necessary.

Use your hand to press down onto the wrapped asparagus to have it stay in that position.

Then place the wrapped asparagus spear onto the baking sheet and repeat the process.

Be sure to place the spears right next to one another as this will also help keep them from unraveling.

If you will not be adding any cheese then bake them undisturbed for 10 minutes. There is no need to turn them over.

If you are going to add cheese, then maybe add the cheese at the 5 minute mark.

** Note: Choose asparagus spears that are not too thin or too thick. Thick ones will take longer to cook plus the slice of bacon may not be long enough to wrap around the entire spear.
