Healthy Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ( Cold )
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 1 Whole Banana ( Slice & Freeze )
Instructions
- Slice the banana and place in a snack size zip loc bag. Freeze overnight.
- Pour the cold unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk into a blender. Then add in the honey, chia seeds, fresh spinach and frozen banana slices.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
The frozen banana slices should be added in last so that it can weigh down the spinach making it easier to blend.
