Healthy Turkey Avocado Sandwich
Servings 1 Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Dave's Killer Bread ( Thin-Sliced Organic Good Seed Bread )
- 1 Teaspoon Best Foods Light Mayonaise
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard ( Optional )
- 1-2 Romaine or Boston Leaf Lettuce ( Or A Handful of Spring Mix Lettuce )
- 3 Avocado Slices
- 1 Slice Low Fat Swiss Cheese
- 2 Tomato Slices
- 3-5 Slices of Oven Roasted Turkey
Instructions
- Spread some light mayonaise onto one or both slices of bread.
- Next squeeze on a little bit of mustard if desired.
- Top with lettuce of your choice either Boston, Romaine or Spring Mix.
- Then add some thinly sliced avocados.
- Lay a slice of Low Fat Swiss Cheese over the avocados.
- Add some tomato slices.
- And lastly add 3-5 slices of the Oven Roasted Turkey.
- Place the other slice of bread over the top !
- And enjoy your turkey avocado sandwich !
Notes
- For this type of bread I prefer it not to be toasted but that's just my preference. You can slightly toast it if you'd like your bread to be a bit on the stiffer side.
