Nutrition Facts for the Mediterranean Margherita Flatbreads:

These were only sold for a short period of time at the Garden Grove, California location in February of 2021. But then later in the year, I had spotted them once again at the Huntington Beach, California location in September of 2021.

I had decided to give these Mediterranean Margherita Flatbread a try since they had received so many good reviews and I didn’t want to miss out on them this time!

So this is how I cooked the Mediterranean Margherita Flatbread !

Before placing the flatbread in the oven I had slathered some butter on it and also underneath it. Then I placed one of the flatbreads in my toaster oven and baked it at 450 degrees as directed on the back of the box . It suggested baking the flatbread for 5-7 minutes but after 5 minutes it started to brown pretty quickly. I didn’t want it to burn so after baking it for 5 minutes, I had removed it from the oven. I then sprinkled some of the Epicurean Specialty TRUFFLE Parmesan & Black Garlic Seasoning ( also available at some Costcos ) onto the entire flatbread to give it more flavor. The cheese wasn’t quite completely melted so then I had transferred it to the microwave and cooked it for another 20 seconds.

Here’s my personal review of this product ! If cooking the flatbread as directed without adding any additional butter or seasoning, the oregano flavor is pretty strong and the flatbread itself doesn’t have much flavor. I feel that adding the butter on the flatbread and Truffle seasoning made it much better ! After making the slight changes, we found the Mediterranean Margherita Flatbread to be pretty tasty ! However, I may reduce the heat slightly next time to 425 degrees just so that I can bake it for a little longer to allow the cheese to fully melt without burning the bread.

I would recommend this product so it is Emily approved ! 🙂

“They were good but needed some sauce”

“So damn good!!”

“Both my husband and I really liked them. They cooked up quickly in my toaster oven in about 8 minutes on 425 degrees. They are tasty with a fair amount of cheese and despite having 840 mg of sodium, they didn’t taste salty and they are actually 12 inches long! We’d definitely buy them again!”

“I loved them”

“We dip them in the Raos marinara for some extra sauce. They’re good.”

“These were 👍 good .”

“They were delicious. My teen boys loved them. If you are unfamiliar with this, it’s basically a mozzarella cheese pizza type flatbread. It’s a simple thing. Fun, tasty, happiness. Perfect as a snack or even lunch. They used basil, thyme and sweet bell pepper seasoning. Made them in a toaster oven (air fry setting) at 400F for 12-15 mins. Instructions actually call to BAKE at 450F for 5-10 mins, I believe. Directly from Frozen. They are individually wrapped in the box!”
