Healthy Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Of A Banana Slice and freeze
  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Frozen Mixed Berries

Instructions

  • Slice half of a banana and freeze overnight.
  • Pour the unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a personal size blender. Next add the honey, vanilla extract , frozen banana slices and frozen berries.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it is too thick then simply add more of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • Enjoy your drink!
