Healthy Mixed Berry Smoothie
Servings 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 Of A Banana Slice and freeze
- 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Frozen Mixed Berries
Instructions
- Slice half of a banana and freeze overnight.
- Pour the unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a personal size blender. Next add the honey, vanilla extract , frozen banana slices and frozen berries.
- Blend until smooth.
- Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it is too thick then simply add more of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
- Enjoy your drink!
