Costco Nong Shim Udon Noodle Bowls . Item Number 125376

I like to eat this but not on its own. I will usually add some cooked Vietnamese meatballs, chopped cilantro and chopped green onions. I would definitely add some beef and greens to it otherwise it would just broth with some plain ol’ noodles which is kind of boring.

I would recommend this item therefore it is Emily approved ! 🙂
