Vietnamese Green Papaya Salad DRESSING -Nước Tương Gỏi Đu Đủ Khô Bò
Servings 1 Cup Of Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of Maggi Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup of Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Vegetarian Soya Sauce
- 2 Cloves of Garlic or 1 Tablespoon of fresh minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Siracha or Chili Paste
Instructions
- Pour the Maggi Seasoning into a bowl.
- Unseasoned Rice Vinegar, and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add in the water, Vegetarian Soya Sauce, minced garlic, and the siracha hot sauce or chili paste. Stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the dressing.
- Leave on the counter for 30 minutes to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
