I like these noodles but I don’t care for the dehydrated vegetables in them. I especially dislike the peas as they are still pretty hard and just not pleasant to eat. I just simply take out the vegetables. I also like to add just a bit more water than directed on the back of the package . I enjoy them ! I think they are pretty tasty and quick to cook up too!

In the photo below, I had tossed in some Vietnamese Ham ( pork roll ).

I would recommend them with some tweaks so this product is Emily approved ! 🙂
