Sauteed Pea Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Pea Sprouts ( 8 oz )
  • 3 Garlic Cloves ( Minced )
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Totole Chicken Flavor Soup Base Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Wash the pea sprouts.
  • In a saute pan add the cooking oil and turn the heat on to Medium-High.
  • Once the oil is warmed up add the minced garlic to the pan and saute for about 10 seconds.
  • Then add in the pea sprouts and give it a toss.
  • Add in the water .
  • Also add in the chicken seasoning. Then give the pea sprouts another toss.
  • Add in the fish sauce and saute the pea sprouts until slightly wilted.
  • As soon as the pea sprouts have wilted immediately turn off the heat otherwise you may overcook the pea sprouts.
  • Give it a sprinkle of black pepper and serve immediately.
  • ** Total cooking time is about 3-4 minutes as the pea sprouts cook down fairly quickly.
