Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Ripen Banana Cut Into Chunks
- 1 Cup Lite Coconut Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 1/2 Cups Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Place the banana, spinach, coconut milk, and powdered sugar into the blender and puree for 15-20 seconds. Be sure to blend well until the smoothie is well pureed.
- Taste and adjust the smoothie before adding the ice cubes.The more powdered sugar you add to the smoothie the sweeter it will be and the color will be lighter as well.
- Then add the ice cubes and puree for another 15-30 seconds until smooth.
- Garnish with some sliced spinach.
- Serve immediately.
