Strawberry Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced
- 1/3 Cup fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 A Banana Sliced
- 1 1/4 Cup Cold UNSWEETENED Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
Instructions
- Place the blueberries with the sliced strawberries and sliced bananas in a small snack size zip loc bag. Freeze overnight.
- The next morning pour the cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a blender. Add the honey, vanilla extract and the quick oats.
- Lastly add in the frozen strawberries, blueberries and bananas.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Enjoy your breakfast smoothie !
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of almond milk and honey.
If prefer your smoothie thicker then reduce the amount of almond milk.
If you like your smoothie sweeter you can add more honey.
