GOOD REVIEWS

“We got it last night and had it for lunch today. I heated the noodles on the stove first with a bit of chili oil and sesame oil. With everything mixed together it was delicious! No issues with the quality of the veggies or noodles. We will definitely be buying it again!”

“We’ve had it, liked it and are it cold. Next time I might cut the noodles up a bit or possibly warm them slightly, add a bit of the sauce and mix it up with the salad and peanuts. We did add other salad fixings to our in our separate bowls. Lots of possibilities I think.”

“I liked it. The udon kind of sticks together. I might put dressing directly on the noodles and mix before adding the other ingredients.”

“Had it today. The noodles were too gummy for my liking. However, the sauce with the veggies was super yummy!”

“Yep good stuff I added chicken”

“Yes it’s one of my husbands favorites. We’ve had it many times”

“LOVE it!”

“I made it for lunch today. Heated the noodles on the stove with some chili oil and sesame oil first. It was delicious and we will definitely be buying it again.”

“I bought the Udon Noodle Salad this afternoon and had it for dinner tonight. Very good. I did put the noodles in the bowl first, add a tablespoon of water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 40 seconds to soften and warm them. Then mixed the rest of the ingredients in (that was for 1/2 of it). Saving the other 1/2 for this weekend. 🙂

“Udon salad review!!Unfamiliar with the new deli offering, but I’m not one to be easily deterred! There are no ‘instructions’ on how to prepare so I was on my own👩🏻‍🍳There’s enough for 2 servings.I decided to cut the noodles and then add one of the dressing packets. I warmed them in the microwave (1 min) and then topped with the salad mix, a squeeze of lime, and a handful of the peanuts.I thought it was a solid 8/10. I’d definitely make it again..but would add some grilled chicken or shrimp. Quick and easy meal!”

“I just finished, literally, my 1/3 of the noodles and salad. I LOVE the miso dressing! What I did was use a knife to cut one of the noodle clumps the in half, then I put them in a bowl dolloping peanut sauce on them and heated them for 2 minutes in the MW. The noodles are heated thru (enough for me) so I chopped up the noodles, mixing with my sauce. The salad I ate, along with the noodles, and that awesome dressing. I am vegetarian, so there was no meat, but next time I might add tofu or shrimp (Pescaterian). One more meal to come tomorrow 😁.”

“We had this the other night – we need 2 to feed our family of 4 (not really a shock since its half the size of the yakitori). You can add chicken for more protein and I really liked the salad mix. We will 100% buy again.”

“Tried this tonight. Good flavor, but the udon noodles are thick and gummy. I would go with thinner noodles (maybe rice noodles) and add more lime wedges. Or let the purchaser cook the noodles fresh.”

“It’s a very good, big bowl of salad. Enough for 4 to 6 servings. Hope it’s a regular item.”
