Slice half of a banana, place in a zip loc bag and freeze overnight.
Pour 1 1/4 cups of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a personal size blender. Next add 1 tablespoon of honey, the frozen banana slices and 1/2 a cup of the frozen Fresh Start Smoothie Blend.
Blend until smooth.
Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it is too thick then simply add more of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. If it is not thick enough, you can add some ice cubes. If you prefer it sweeter, simply add more honey.
