Instructions
Slice the banana and place in a snack size zip loc bag. Freeze overnight.
Pour the cold unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk into a blender. Then add in the honey, chia seeds, fresh spinach and frozen banana slices.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
The frozen banana slices should be added in last so that it can weigh down the spinach making it easier to blend.
