Healthy Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ( Cold )
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Whole Banana ( Slice & Freeze )

Instructions
 

  • Slice the banana and place in a snack size zip loc bag. Freeze overnight.
  • Pour the cold unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk into a blender. Then add in the honey, chia seeds, fresh spinach and frozen banana slices.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

The frozen banana slices should be added in last so that it can weigh down the spinach making it easier to blend.
