Place the blueberries with the sliced strawberries and sliced bananas in a small snack size zip loc bag. Freeze overnight.
The next morning pour the cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a blender. Add the honey, vanilla extract and the quick oats.
Lastly add in the frozen strawberries, blueberries and bananas.
Puree until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
