Melt the butter in the microwave. Set aside.
Split the muffin in half and lightly toast the muffins in a bread toaster.
Remove the toasted muffins from the toaster and brush some of the melted butter onto both halves of the muffins.
Then place a slice of cheese onto the bottom muffin and set aside.
Lay a ring mold in the center of the pan and spray the ring mold and pan with the cooking spray. If using a mason jar lid turn it upside down then coat with the cooking spray. Then turn your heat on to Medium.
Once the pan is warm, crack in the egg and then break the yolk.
Immediately pour in the water.
Cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the egg is set. Most or all of the water should have evaporated. Turn off the heat. Use a knife to go around the edge of the ring mold to loosen the egg from the ring mold. Season with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
Use a tong to pick up the ring mold and flip the egg over. Remove the ring mold from the pan.
Place the egg on top of the slice of toasted muffin with cheese. Set aside.
Wipe the pan clean. Then brush some melted butter onto the pan and turn your heat on to Medium-Low. Place the canadian bacon in the pan.
Cook both sides of the canadian bacon until slightly browned.
Place the cooked canadian bacon on top of the cooked egg.
Lastly place the other half of the english muffin on top of the canadian bacon.
Serve immediately while still warm.
