Rinse the brussel sprouts in a colander.
Trim and discard the ends of the brussel sprouts. Then cut in half.
Place the brussel sprouts in a bowl and pour in 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Toss to coat.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave . Be sure to cover to prevent any splatter.
Then pour the melted butter over the brussel sprouts and gently toss .
Mince the garlic cloves.
In a pan on Medium-High heat pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Once the oil is warmed up add in the minced garlic and saute for 10-15 seconds.
Then add the brussel sprouts to the pan. Saute for about 2 minutes or until the pan is dry.
Then pour in the water and saute for about 2-3 minutes or until the pan is once again dry.
Reduce the heat to Medium and add in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Also add in the Morton's Roasted Garlic With Sea Salt mix.
Saute for about 2 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are as tender as you would like them.
Total cooking time should be about 5-7 minutes.
