Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 10 Korean Beef Short Ribs
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Jar Korean BBQ Sauce 17.64 fl oz (Chicken & Pork Marinade)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • Place the ribs in a large bowl and sprinkle on the garlic salt and crushed red pepper . Then mix.
  • Pour in half of the Korean BBQ sauce or enough to completely coat the ribs.
  • Throw in the minced garlic and mix.
  • Marinate for one hour.
  • Brush some cooking oil onto a grill pan and turn the heat on to Medium High.
  • Once the oil is hot add the beef ribs and cook until browned.
  • Flip the beef ribs over and reduce the heat to Medium. Then cook the beef until browned.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Serve with white rice and Kimchi.
