Virgin Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Lite Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks Use A Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Banana Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Frozen Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons Of Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cups Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add the pineapple chunks, the bananas , coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey , shredded coconuts and sugar.
  • Puree for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Then add the ice and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with some shredded coconuts and pineapple bits.
  • Serve immediately.
