My family tried this Calle Sabor Chimichurri Skirt Steak and we loved it ! I had followed the directions on the back of the package and it came out perfectly tender ! It is a bit tangy but wonderfully flavorful ! It cooks fast too! Two minutes on each side in a hot cast iron skillet. Then 5 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees as instructed. This package will feed about 4-5 people. They make great steak tacos !

We would definitely buy this again therefore it is Emily approved ! 🙂

GOOD REVIEWS

“Grill it, slice it, add side salad, mashed potatoes or French fries and you have an amazing dinner.”

“Yes it’s delicious ðŸ˜‹

“bought it, made it, ate it, loved it!Will definitely be picking up more too!I cooked it stovetop in a rocket hot cast iron skillet, 2 minutes each side then in a 375° oven for 5 minutes. Perfect!”

“Yum we love it. You can grill it which is the best. Or broil it. We have broil it. Serve it medium rare. We then cut it in chucks and serve it. We have done tortillas and trimmings but we have also ate it with Costco’s Mac and cheese grilled veggies and a salad.”

“Mexican approved!! ðŸ˜‹. I put it on the grill, don’t flip until it’s easily pulled off the grill and has grill lines. Turn only once. Once cooked, removed and put in foil to rest and stay warm (5 mins). Serve with Mexican rice, refried beans, tortillas and guacamole. We like grilled onions and green peppers sautéed to put on top of the steak. We also make steak sandwiches with it!”

“I have to say My first time grilling it and it was Delicious ðŸ˜‹ Didn’t have to cut Was already sliced to perfect portions”
