Chinese Sweet Soy Sauce For Dim Sum
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Warm Water
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Light Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 3 To 4 Drops Of Sesame Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl pour in the warm water and add in the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Then add in the light soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
Notes
You can use either a reduced sodium soy sauce or a vegetarian soy sauce for this recipe. Both will work great !
