The Chicken Quesadilla is a new item in the prepared meals section at Costco for 2022 !

“Winner-winner chicken quesadilla dinner! 
It’s our second time to have the chicken quesadillas and it’s a great quick & easy dinner, especially on a kid’s sports night. There’s plenty of chicken in each one. I like that it comes with sour cream, 2 guacamoles 
and 1 salsa (except the salsa is too spicy 
for me and I prefer the mango salsa from Costco if I have it in my fridge). Usually we eat 1-2 pieces per person. Package comes with 8. I can heat up 4 pieces at a time on my The Rock Pan from Costco. Hope this item will be available year round.

A few people had asked how tbe Costco quesadilla meal kit was and I’m glad to say I loved them! Two thumbs up and would buy again! Good amount chicken and cheese. Just wish they had another container of salsa. It comes with 2 containers of guacamole, 1 sour cream, and 1 salsa. Chips and lime not included in kit.
