Healthy Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of Dave's Killer Bread ( Thin-Sliced Organic Good Seed Bread )
  • 1 Teaspoon Best Foods Light Mayonaise
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard ( Optional )
  • 1-2 Romaine or Boston Leaf Lettuce ( Or A Handful of Spring Mix Lettuce )
  • 3 Avocado Slices
  • 1 Slice Low Fat Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Tomato Slices
  • 3-5 Slices of Oven Roasted Turkey

Instructions
 

  • Spread some light mayonaise onto one or both slices of bread.
  • Next squeeze on a little bit of mustard if desired.
  • Top with lettuce of your choice either Boston, Romaine or Spring Mix.
  • Then add some thinly sliced avocados.
  • Lay a slice of Low Fat Swiss Cheese over the avocados.
  • Add some tomato slices.
  • And lastly add 3-5 slices of the Oven Roasted Turkey.
  • Place the other slice of bread over the top !
  • And enjoy your turkey avocado sandwich !

Notes

  • For this type of bread I  prefer it not to be toasted but that's just my preference.  You can slightly toast it if you'd like your bread to be a bit on the stiffer side.
