I have used these sausages for as long as I can remember ! There are a few different ways that you can cook these sausages. The quickest and easiest way is to thinly slice them, add a little bit of oil to a pan and then cook for about 5 minutes until they are slightly browned on both sides. Do not over cook them otherwise they will harden.

I will sometimes add some chopped chinese sausages to my fried rice or I will also use them in Bò bía  ( Springs Rolls With Chinese Sausages) . And if I’m hungry and there’s nothing else to eat, then I will just eat them with some plain white rice.
