Kikkoman Chinese Style Hot & Sour Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Packets Kikkoman Hot & Sour Egg Drop Soup Mix .88 oz each
- 4 Cups Chicken Stock 32 oz
- 1 1/2 Cups of Water
- 1 Thai Chili Pepper Sliced
- 1 Egg Beaten
- Cilantro Chopped
- Green Onions Chopped
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium pot pour in the chicken stock.
- Also pour in 1 1/2 cups of water ( If in the end the soup is too salty just add more water ).
- Then add in the two packets of soup mixes.
- Slice the Thai chili and add it in as well. (Optional ) Then bring the soup to a boil.
- Once the soup has come to a boil gradually add the beaten egg while gently stirring in one direction. Then turn off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle on some black pepper.
- Serve immediately while hot.

The Kikkoman Hot & Sour Soup packet is no longer sold at Staters Bros and Albertson's ! You can still it find though it at the Asian supermarkets , Walmart and also through my website !
