“I make a big bowl with the can of chicken, Spanish rice, black beans, rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, onions, and wrap it up in a low-carb tortilla, with some cheese and cover it with enchilada sauce! Cook for 15 minutes in a 350 oven.”

“Can of chicken breast, Hellmans, curry powder, chopped pecans, dried cranberries…black pepper and salt to taste….great in lettuce wraps, pita bread, topping for cucumbers”

“Lime cilantro avocado chicken salad…Two cans of chicken drained, two medium avocados mashed up, juice of one lime, 2 diced green onions, some Mayo (a big dollup) diced jalapeno (optional) cilantro (half bunch diced) 1tsp cumin, 1tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp garlic powder, 1/2 onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well!!! Let get cold in fridge for flavors to meld better! I used them with low carbs pita’s from Walmart this is one of my most favorite things that I make this at least once a month. 🙂 😋

“I like using Kirkland canned chicken to make cob salad for dinner. Leftovers could be eaten as salad or in a wrap the next day only there is never any leftover at my house!”

“I use chicken breasts. I cook them in the pressure cooker in chicken broth and jalapeños. I take them out. Let them cool. Put them in the food processor. Pulse them until they are fairly smooth. Chop celery and green onions. Mix in Mayo, salt, and pepper.Sometimes I will chop broccoli and add to it.I use the remaining chicken broth to cook black eyed peas. I add some bacon and onions.”

Canned chicken – drained, real mayo (NOT Miracle Whip), chopped green onion – to taste, toasted chopped walnuts (also Costco) & dried cranberries. Blend and season with a little black pepper. Its pretty (red & green) for holiday lunches. We eat it all year!”

“I have made pot pie with them. So easy! Add some frozen peas and carrots, water, and cornstarch, and cook on top of stove until vegetables are tender and mixture thickens, then pour it into a pre-made pie crust. Top with a second crust and cook in oven until it browns. I can’t tell you amounts, as I cook by trial and error, and have learned to just make it look right.”

“I use canned in Taco Soup!”

“2 cans of this plus 8ounce sour cream 1 package of cheese (2 cups) a jar of salsa, 1 can corn, 1 can black beans. Mix and place in oven dish. Drape pie crust over it. Cook 425 for 16 -20 minutes (you are really cooking the pie crust and warming everything else in the process. My family loves it. It is a modified version of a cream of chicken soup recipe from Campbells. But it’s too soupy with the soup.”

“Chicken nuggets. One can of chicken, one egg, handful shredded cheese if your choice. Mix shape in nuggets pieces air fry 3-4 minutes each side! Yummy”

“Bisquick gravy chicken casserole”

“Creamed chicken over toast, noodles or rice. All I do is put about a cube of butter in a pan, melt it add a few tablespoons of flour salt and pepper, stir for a bit until I make a thin paste, i simmer for a bit to cook off the flour taste then slowly add whole milk a few cups whipping with my whip until it gets to the consistency I like add the can of drained chicken let slowly simmer for a few until chicken is warmed. If it get too thick you can add more milk a little at a time. Serve on toast with vegtables of your choice, I like this with steamed peas on toast.”

“I put bbq sauce, Buffalo sauce or enchilada sauce on it and put it in wraps or grilled sandwiches!”

“Chicken quesadillas….just sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the chicken in a tortilla, fold it in half, butter a pan and fry it up like you would a grilled cheese”

“I buy egg noodles, add chicken bouilon or broth, can of chicken, salt, & pepper or make canned biscuit dumplings, tearing into small pieces & drop into boiling bouilon or broth & add can of xhicken, add salt & pepper. Easy, Peazy!!!”

“Can of chicken, can of cream of chicken, elbow noodles cooked, can of milk, mix it all together and warm it up. We like to put some seasoning salt on it but quick cheap easy and kiddos love it”

“Chicken Tetrazzini……boil box of linguine noodles, drain. Add 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped celery. 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can Costco chicken. Mux and add 1/2 cup milk or half and half. Mushrooms if you like. Chopped parsley if you like. Pour into casserole dish, dot with butter. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 or so minutes”

“An easy dinner is taking it and frying it in a pan, adding teriyaki sauce. Plate it with some white rice and it’s an easy and quick dinner.”

“Drain the chicken. Put 2 cans in a skillet n saute slightly in butter. Add enchilada sauce. Simmer. Wrap in tortillas. Place in baking dish. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa”

“I make chicken curry and chicken taco soup”

“I mix them with American cheese, onion and an egg, and some Panko or bread crumbs, form them into Patties and bread them and fry them!”

“Soften 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, add one can of chicken drained, one can of green chilies and a handful of Mexican cheese. Spread in a pie pan bake at 350 til bubbling top with a bit more cheese return to oven to melted. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy 😊

“Quick small chicken noodles. Drain boil with egg noodles.dra I n add cream of chicken soup one can water frozen diced peas and carrots”

“I do a can of this drained (bake at 450 for like 15 min to remove excess moisture), an egg and 1oz of parm cheese. Mix all together and bake at 500 for like 10min or until a golden brown and crispy. Then add whatever kind of sauce I want, cheese and normally a veggie to make a pizza. My kids and husband love it so much.”

“My sister took Pillsbury crescent dough, unrolled but not separated. Lie flat on parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread the drained chicken over the dough, spread chopped pitted olives, (green or black), cheese (Monterey jack or fave), chopped pimentos, siracha sauce. Bake, cut into squares and yum.
