My husband likes to eat fish quite often so I will usually have a bag of these frozen salmon in my freezer. I like that they are individually wrapped too!

I sprinkle on some seafood seasoning then pan fry them in a little bit of olive oil & butter and crushed garlic until they are browned on both sides. Then I serve it with some rice and veggies.

I would recommend these and so they are Emily approved ! 🙂
