Wow ! When I had opened the package of this Kirkland Signature Wild Smoked Salmon, the smell of smoke was strong on this one ! They are thinly sliced but when I had them in my hands, they would just break apart too easily. My family was not a fan of the taste or texture of this smoked sockeye salmon.

Costco does have 2 other brands for smoked salmon, a Kirkland brand and a Norwegian brand that you can try.
