Restaurant Style Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Whole peeled plum tomatoes ( 28 oz )
  • 1 Large Roma Tomato ( Cut in half )
  • 1 Can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies ( 10 oz )
  • 1/2 Of An Onion ( Cut into smaller chunks )
  • 4 Garlic Cloves ( Slice off the end part of the garlic )
  • 2 Jalapenos ( Cut into smaller chunks )
  • 1 Arbol chili pod ( Remove the stem )
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cilantro ( One handful of cilantro )
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice ( 1/2 of a lime )
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion and jalapenos into smaller pieces. Remove the seeds from the jalapenos if you do not want your salsa to be too spicy.
  • Remove the top section of the garlic.
  • Rough chop the cilantro and remove the stem from the arbol chile.
  • In a blender add the whole peeled plum tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, roma tomato, onion, garlic, jalapenos, arbol chilies and cilantro. Also add in the sugar, salt, cumin, fresh lime juice and black pepper.
  • Blend until it reaches the consistency that you desire.
  • Then refrigerate until ready to use.
  • If you would like it to be spicer, add more jalapenos or arbol chili pods.
