Sauteed Butter Corn With Parsley

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Cans Sweet Corn 11 0z each
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the parsley. Set aside.
  • Drain the cans of corn. Set aside.
  • In a saute pan on Medium heat melt the butter.
  • Add the corn kernels to the pan.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the chopped fresh parsley and cook for another 3 minutes until the parsley is wilted.
  • Then turn off the heat and give it a last sprinkle of some black pepper.
  • Serve while hot.

Notes

In a pinch you can substitute the fresh parsley with some dried parsley . The dried parsley will work for this recipe but it won't be as flavorful. Just add a handful or two of the dried parsley to the sauteed corn.
