Pictured above is a Naan Pizza made with Costco’s Stonefire Tandoori Mini Naan and Costco’s shredded Mozarella Cheese.

RECIPE FOR NAAN PIZZA :

Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees.

Coat baking pan with slightly melted butter then a little bit of olive oil.

Place the Naan on the baking sheet and give it a swirl to coat the Naan on both sides with the butter and olive oil.

Pre-bake the Naan for 3-4 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.

Once removed from the oven, flip the Naan bread over for the last time.

Add pizza sauce of your choice. Homemade or store bought.

Add some shredded mozarella cheese and some Hormel pepperoni slices.

Add other toppings such as fresh basil, veggies, etc.Place back in the oven for 7-10 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.

Done !!!


Here’s my personal review on this product. I love it ! It reminds me of a fluffy tortilla..lol….a bit thicker though but really soft. Best served warm. Just place it in the toaster oven for a few minutes on each side and then do what you wish with it ! As you can see from the picture above, I had made some Naan pizzas for my kids and it turned out great !

I would definitely recommend it and so it is Emily approved ! 🙂
