Cut the avocado into halves and remove the flesh.
Place all of the avocado flesh into the blender.
Also add into the blender 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
Pour in 1/4 cup of whole milk.
Pour in 1 cup of ice.
Blend until smooth.
Then taste and adjust the smoothie to your preference. Top with whip cream ( optional ) and serve immediately.
