Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie - Sinh Tố Bơ

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • Whip Cream Optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado into halves and remove the flesh.
  • Place all of the avocado flesh into the blender.
  • Also add into the blender 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Add in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of whole milk.
  • Pour in 1 cup of ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Then taste and adjust the smoothie to your preference. Top with whip cream ( optional ) and serve immediately.

Notes

Trouble shooting:
If the smoothie is too thick, add in more milk.
If it is too thin, add more ice to thicken it up.
If it is not sweet enough, add more sugar or condensed milk.
