Drain the juice from 1 of the mandarin orange cups and set the mandarins aside.
Pour the chopped kale into a large mixing bowl.
Discard any stems as they are hard to chew.
Add a splash ( 2-3 tablespoons) of Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Adding in a little bit of the dressing will help wilt the kale.
Massage the kale with your hands by grabbing a bunch and squeezing them for about 2-3 minutes or until they have softened. They will shrink down in size.
Then add in a handful of dried cranberries and massage the salad for about a minute until the dried cranberries are slightly softened.
Pour in a little bit more of the Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing just enough to coat the entire salad.
Then add in a handful of the Dole mandarin oranges and a handful of the honey roasted sliced almonds.
Use a pair of tongs to toss the salad.
