Slice the baguette lengthwise but not completely through. Lightly toast the baguette. Then spread on some Pork Liver Pate and Vietnamese Mayonaise on the bottom half of the baguette and drizzle some soy sauce on the upper half .
Place a slice of the Gio Thu ( Head Cheese ) on the bottom half of the baguette.
Then add a slice of Jambon ( Cooked Cured Formed Pork Wrapped in Pork Skin ).
And also add a slice of Gio Lua ( Vietnamese Cooked Pork Roll ) .
Next add on the Pickled Daikons & Carrots.
Add a few slices of jalapenos.
And lastly add a sprig or two of cilantro.
And voila ! You've got yourself a Banh Mi to enjoy !
