1Can"Season Brand " Sardines In Olive Oil( 4.375 0Z )
A HandfulOf Thinly Sliced Onions( Cut into 1"- 1 1/2" length )
1/2TeaspoonMaggi Seasoning
Black Pepper
Instructions
Pour the olive oil out of the can and into a bowl or dish.
Add some thinly sliced onions and mix.
Place the sardines on top of the onions and microwave for 45 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and drizzle 1/2 tsp of Maggie Seasoning. Carefully toss once or twice . Do not over toss as the fish will break apart into tiny pieces.
Sprinkle on black pepper and serve with some freshly cooked hot white rice.
Notes
I prefer the onions in this dish to be slightly raw and crunchy. I believe it tastes best this way but if you'd like it more tender just microwave for another 15-30 seconds.
