Instructions
In a saucepan place the eggs in a single layer. Then fill it with enough cold water to cover the eggs.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it has come to a boil immediately turn off the heat.
Cover the saucepan with a lid and let the eggs sit in the pan for 12 minutes.
Drain the eggs then place under cold running water until slightly cooled.
Then transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water until completely cooled.
Gently crack and peel the eggs. Start peeling at the very bottom of the eggs at the air pocket and peel under cool running water.
Now you will have some perfectly cooked eggs! The yolks will be smooth and creamy with no green edges !
