Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Large Eggs
  • Cold Water

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan place the eggs in a single layer. Then fill it with enough cold water to cover the eggs.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it has come to a boil immediately turn off the heat.
  • Cover the saucepan with a lid and let the eggs sit in the pan for 12 minutes.
  • Drain the eggs then place under cold running water until slightly cooled.
  • Then transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water until completely cooled.
  • Gently crack and peel the eggs. Start peeling at the very bottom of the eggs at the air pocket and peel under cool running water.
  • Now you will have some perfectly cooked eggs! The yolks will be smooth and creamy with no green edges !
