Egg And Beansprouts Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

Combine together:

  • 3 to 5 Eggs ( Beaten )
  • A Splash Of Fish Sauce ( Optional )

Add to the pan:

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 A Bag Of Beansprouts
  • A Handful Of Chopped Green Onions

Season with:

  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a splash of fish sauce (optional ). Whisk to combine. Then set aside.
  • In a non-stick wok or skillet add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and turn the heat on to Medium-High.
  • Once the oil is hot add the beansprouts and saute for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
  • Pour the beaten eggs over the beansprouts and add the chopped green onions.
  • Saute for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately with white rice .
  • Pour some Maggi Seasoning or Soy Sauce into a small bowl and add some chopped Thai Chilis.
  • Drizzle a bit of the sauce over the rice with the egg and beansprouts stir fry.
