Rotini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

Cook The Pasta:

  • 1 Box Barilla Tri-color Rotini Pasta ( 12 oz )
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt

Mix Together:

  • 1 Small Green Bell Pepper ( Equals 1/2 cup diced )
  • 1/2 Of A small Red Onion (Equals 1/3 cup diced )
  • 1 Can of Pineapple Chunks In 100% Natural Juices ( 8 oz = Equals 1 Cup / Each chunk sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 1 Handful of Cherry Tomatoes ( Equals 1 Cup - Each sliced in half lengthwise )
  • 1 Can SLICED Black Olives (2.5 oz = 1/2 Cup )
  • 1 Thick Cut Ham Steak ( 6 oz / Diced )
  • 7 Pieces of Pepperoncini ( Sliced )
  • 1 Bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing ( 16 oz )
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the pasta in a large pot filled with water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil for 11-12 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl of cold water for a minute to cool it down. Then drain.
  • Place the noodles in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss in the diced green bell peppers and mix.
  • Then add in the chopped red onions and mix.
  • Also add in the sliced pineapples and mix.
  • Then the sliced cherry tomatoes and mix.
  • Add in the diced ham and mix.
  • Also add in the sliced pepperoncini and mix.
  • Pour in 2/3 Cup of the Zesty Italian Dressing and save the rest for later. Mix to coat the pasta. Once refrigerated the dressing will dry up so before serving the salad be sure to add more of the Italian dressing.
  • Lastly toss in the grated parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving add more of the Italian dressing.
