Sauteed Butter Corn With Parsley
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Cans Sweet Corn 11 0z each
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and chop the parsley. Set aside.
- Drain the cans of corn. Set aside.
- In a saute pan on Medium heat melt the butter.
- Add the corn kernels to the pan.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add in the chopped fresh parsley and cook for another 3 minutes until the parsley is wilted.
- Then turn off the heat and give it a last sprinkle of some black pepper.
- Serve while hot.
Notes
In a pinch you can substitute the fresh parsley with some dried parsley . The dried parsley will work for this recipe but it won't be as flavorful. Just add a handful or two of the dried parsley to the sauteed corn.
