Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add in the chopped fresh parsley and cook for another 3 minutes until the parsley is wilted.
Then turn off the heat and give it a last sprinkle of some black pepper.
Serve while hot.
Notes
In a pinch you can substitute the fresh parsley with some dried parsley . The dried parsley will work for this recipe but it won't be as flavorful. Just add a handful or two of the dried parsley to the sauteed corn.
