Season the ground pork with fish sauce, chicken seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper, and shallots. Mix well.
Separate and clump the ground pork into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Cut the Chinese chives into 1 inch in length. Cut off a little bit from the bottom of the chives and discard. Set aside.
Rinse tofu and cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to boil and add salt
Once the water has come to a boil add the ground pork.
Then add the tofu.
Also add the chicken seasoning. Stir and bring back to a boil.
Remove any foam from the top of the soup.
Once the soup has come to a boil add the chives. Then flip the chives over and remove from heat. Let the soup sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle on black pepper.
